Secure Client Support

One access-controlled workspace for the whole call.

Every HYANS engagement runs through the client portal — an access-controlled client workspace where the voyage dossier, documents, messages, disbursement account, and status for a call live in one place. Owners, captains, and managers see the same current picture, and access is controlled to the people each client authorizes.

Overview

The call, documented and in one place.

Instead of scattered email threads and attachments, a HYANS call is organized in the client portal: the voyage dossier, the documents exchanged with authorities and vendors, the messages with HYANS, live status against the plan, and the disbursement account — all in one access-controlled workspace with an activity trail of what happened and when.

Access is controlled and scoped to the people each client authorizes — owner, captain, manager, or family office — so the right people see the call and others do not. Documents and messages are handled on a need-to-know basis.

Owner to confirm: HYANS does not publish specific security certifications or encryption specifications on this page. Any formal security claim — for example a named compliance framework or a specific encryption standard — is provided on request and is subject to owner verification. This page describes how the workspace is used, not a certification.

How it runs

Before arrival, in port, before departure

  1. Set up the workspace

When an engagement begins, HYANS opens a client workspace for the call and grants access to the people you authorize — owner, captain, manager, or family office — at the scope you specify.

  2. Exchange and track before arrival

Documents, the voyage dossier, and the plan build up in the workspace as the call is prepared, with secure messages and status kept in one place rather than across email threads.

  3. Follow the call in port

During the call, authorized users track live status, exchange documents, and message the agent directly, while the activity trail records what happened and when for later reference.

  4. Reconcile and retain

The disbursement account and supporting documents are consolidated for reconciliation, and the dossier remains available to authorized users after the call for records and audit.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is the client portal certified to a specific security standard?
This page does not make specific certification claims. HYANS does not publish a named compliance framework or a specific encryption standard here; any formal security claim is provided on request and is subject to owner verification. What we describe is how the access-controlled workspace is used for a call.
Who can see our documents and messages?
Only the people each client authorizes. Access is controlled and scoped — owner, captain, manager, or family office — so authorized users see the call and others do not. Documents and messages are handled on a need-to-know basis.
What is kept in the workspace?
The voyage dossier, documents exchanged with the vessel, authorities, and vendors, secure messages, live status, the disbursement account with supporting documentation, and an activity trail of changes over the call.
How do we get access?
Existing clients reach the workspace through the client portal. HYANS provisions access when an engagement begins and scopes it to the people you authorize. The client portal is available to authorized clients only.
