Coordinate, confirm, document.
A HYANS engagement follows a disciplined path: scope the call, propose a plan, gather documents, coordinate the arrival and in-port work, support departure clearance, and close out with a reconcilable disbursement account. Our nine-step process keeps each stage and hand-off visible so nothing falls between the cracks.
We arrange berthing, fuel, vendors, transport, and crew logistics; we liaise with harbors and authorities; and we track the work and the costs. What we do not do is make or influence the decisions that belong to the authorities. That line is deliberate — it keeps expectations honest and the record clean.
Hawaiʻi is not a generic port.
