The public HYANS pages are static. There is no account system, no newsletter list, and no database of visitors behind them. Reading the site does not create a record about you, and there is nothing here for us to sell, share, or lose.
What happens when I use the contact form?
The intake form on our Contact page builds a message and hands it to your own email application — the same as if you had opened your mail app and started a new message. Nothing you type is submitted to this website or saved on our servers. You review the draft, decide whether to send it, and it travels through your own email provider. If you would rather not use the form, you can email us directly from any mail app instead.
What happens to the details I email you?
Once you choose to send an inquiry, the vessel and voyage details you include reach us as ordinary email and are used only to respond to your request and coordinate the port call or service you asked about. We keep that correspondence within our own business email; we do not add you to marketing lists or pass your information to anyone who is not part of arranging the support you requested.
Is the client portal covered here?
The client portal behind the Client Portal is separate from this marketing site and is access-controlled — it is provided to authorized clients under their own login. It handles operational records for active engagements, which is a different context from browsing these public pages. This notice describes the public website only.
Do you use cookies or advertising trackers?
No. This site does not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics profiling, and it does not set marketing cookies. Web fonts are loaded to render the page; beyond that, the pages carry no tracking pixels or ad networks. As with any website, the server that delivers these pages may record standard request logs — details such as the requested page, timestamp, and originating network address — which are used for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.
What if I have a question about my information?
If you have emailed us and would like your correspondence updated or removed, or you simply want to know what we hold, reach out from the Contact page and we will help. Because the public site keeps no visitor records, in most cases the only information involved is the email you chose to send us.
