How interisland calls work
Moving between the Hawaiian Islands means repeated harbor coordination, receiving, and vendor arrangements — often on a tight interisland rhythm. One agency across the circuit keeps it consistent and avoids re-briefing at every stop.
List the islands and legs you expect, the order, and what should be staged where — fuel, provisions, spares, or vendor work. HYANS coordinates each call and the handoffs between them; berth and vendor availability at each island depend on local conditions and are confirmed before arrival.

- We review and confirm scope
Your request opens your email app with the details filled in and sends them to HYANS. We read them, confirm the scope, and come back with any questions.
- We map the coordination
We identify the harbors, authorities, and vendors involved and outline how HYANS will coordinate the call. Where an item depends on availability, authorities, or weather, we say so rather than promise it.
- We propose a plan and a single point of contact
You receive a proposed agency plan with one accountable coordinator for the call. Nothing is committed on your behalf until you confirm.
- We coordinate the circuit end to end
Once you confirm, HYANS coordinates each island call and the receiving arrangements between them, keeping documentation and billing consistent across the whole circuit — subject to conditions at each port.
