Who this is for

Ala Wai is written for a private lessee that would operate that harbor under a future lease. The same marina tenant platform is specified for DLNR / DOBOR at DOBOR-managed harbors, with adapters into existing State systems where those interfaces are available and wanted. Use this form in either capacity, or as a prospective bidder or advisor. It defaults to Ala Wai, the subject of the current proposal; say if you mean a different harbor.

Is this platform already deployed at Ala Wai or any other harbor?

No. Nothing described in the proposal is deployed, hosted, or running in production at any harbor. It is a proposal for a 30-day engagement that would build and measure a working system.

Does sending this mean DLNR or DOBOR has reviewed or endorsed the proposal?

No. This is an unsolicited proposal from a private vendor. Sending this form does not imply any review, endorsement, approval, or existing agreement with DLNR, DOBOR, or any State agency.

Is the platform only for a State-run harbor, or does it work for a private lessee too?

Both, in different modes. Ala Wai is written for a private lessee that would operate under a future lease — no lease, BLNR award, or endorsement is claimed. Is this the same product as MERIDIAN, the port-call application?

No. This is the standalone Harbor Tenant Platform (FastAPI and PostgreSQL/PostGIS). It shares no implementation with the port-call MERIDIAN yacht-agency application.
