MERIDIAN gives superyacht managers, captains, principals and family offices, and local agents one controlled workspace for port-call planning, agency execution, service requests, anchorage intelligence, vendor invoices, approvals, PDA/FDA closeout, and executive reporting.

Portable by design

Carry the operating file to the next port.

A yacht can license MERIDIAN directly and keep one continuous operating history across ports. At each port of call, the captain or management company can invite only the people needed for that visit.

Invitees may include:

  • Local yacht agent
  • Ship agent
  • Marina or harbor contact
  • Fuel supplier
  • Provisioner
  • Transport provider
  • Aviation provider
  • Medical provider
  • Security provider
  • Contractor or technician
  • Principal representative
  • Management-company accountant

Each invitee receives scoped access only to the relevant visit, request, invoice, document, or task thread. The vessel keeps the operating history after the port call closes.

Vessel retains the memory

Past port calls, invoices, supplier notes, authority documents, weather decisions, and closeout packets stay with the vessel.

Agents and vendors stay scoped

Local partners can contribute without seeing sensitive principal, itinerary, finance, or vessel-wide information.

Every port gets cleaner

The next agent does not start from zero. MERIDIAN carries the vessel's preferences, document standards, service history, and approval pattern forward.

How access works

Plans first. Intake second. Approval last.

A guest login is never self-service — the request is reviewed after the intake is complete. Enterprise-scale programs skip guest access and open a discovery conversation instead.

Choose operating model

Select Vessel Desk, Agency Desk, Management Fleet, or Destination Network.

Complete intake

Provide vessel, agency, fleet, property, or network context, plus expected modules and operating scale.

Request guest workspace

Guest access is never self-service. Approved requests receive a scoped evaluation workspace.

Configure proposal

MERIDIAN confirms pricing, onboarding, modules, support, implementation, and data requirements in writing.

Go live

Production workspaces launch with role-based permissions, configured templates, training, and support.

Published figures are target pricing for planning. Final scope, module set, implementation, support level, and subscription pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before any production account begins.

Where MERIDIAN fits

What MERIDIAN replaces — and what it connects.

Replaces

Messy email chains

Service requests, quotes, approvals, invoice backup, and visit updates move into one operating file.

Complements

Yacht finance systems

MERIDIAN does not need to replace yacht accounting. It produces clean port-call backup, cost packets, and exportable data.

Complements

Onboard PMS

MERIDIAN does not compete with planned maintenance systems. It coordinates local service execution, vendors, documents, and closeout.

Extends

The local agent

MERIDIAN turns local knowledge, authority workflow, supplier coordination, and briefing production into a repeatable system.

Why MERIDIAN

Built from real vessel calls, not generic marina administration.

MERIDIAN is designed around the operational judgment required to support high-value vessel calls: local agent coordination, weather and anchorage context, tender logistics, authority-sensitive workflows, supplier accountability, cost approvals, invoice backup, principal/manager reporting, and post-visit closeout.

  • Built for yacht agents, captains, managers, family offices, marinas, and destination operators.
  • Designed to preserve the vessel's operating file across ports.
  • Lets each port invite local agents and vendors without surrendering vessel-wide control.
  • Converts local operating knowledge into reusable workflows.
  • Creates a cleaner record for cost control, management review, and future planning.

What affects pricing

What shapes your number.

Every program composes the same way — the total depends on how you run.

Operating model

Vessel Desk, Agency Desk, Management Fleet, or Destination Network — the scale unit differs by model (per vessel, per agency, per property).

Scale

The number of vessels, properties, or workspaces you run.

Modules

Only the service modules your desk actually runs, added where you need them.

Support & onboarding

Implementation, data migration, templates, and the support level your program needs.

Invited access

Guest, tenant, and vendor access.

Not everyone who touches the file is a subscriber.

Guest

Evaluation workspace

Approval-gated, scoped to your operating profile, with sample data — requested through intake, approved manually. Never open self-service.

Tenant

Included where invited

Marina tenants and slipholders are invited by a property running MERIDIAN — a private, permissioned workspace at no cost to the tenant.

Vendor

Free when invited

Vendors and contractors receive dispatched jobs free when invited by a subscribing operation; a Vendor Pro upgrade adds their own dispatch workspace.

Pricing questions

Before you ask.

Are these prices final?

They are planning-level targets. Final scope, modules, support, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before any subscription begins.

Can I sign up online?

No. Access is approval-gated. You review the model, complete intake, and request a guest workspace that platform staff approve manually — there is no open self-service checkout.

What about enterprise or government programs?

Enterprise-scale programs skip the guest workspace and open a discovery conversation, then enter the onboarding pipeline with a written proposal.

Do tenants or vendors pay?

Tenants are included where their marina runs MERIDIAN; vendors join free when invited. Both can add an optional upgrade for their own portable workspace.

Ready

Start with one vessel, one agency desk, or one destination network.

Every production workspace begins with intake, review, scoped configuration, and written proposal. Guest workspaces are approved manually.
