Services for Marina Tenants

Actual service delivery, written for the way this audience works.

Each service card includes rollover or tap details for deeper explanation without interrupting the page flow.

The day-to-day

Most tenant requests are small. Losing track of them is what makes them big.

A tripped pedestal breaker, a hose bib that will not shut off, a contractor who needs gate access on Friday. None of it is complicated — but each one usually means a call, a voicemail, and a follow-up visit to the office window. These services exist so a request is stated once, with its context, and then simply worked.

  • Every request starts from your slip and vessel profile, so you never re-explain who you are or where the problem is.
  • Notes, photos, urgency, and your availability travel with the request — whoever shows up already knows the context.
  • Status is visible from submission to close-out, so “did anyone see this?” stops being a question you have to ask.
  • Completed work stays on record, which matters when the same issue returns next season.

Example walkthrough

One service request, start to finish.

A generic pedestal-power example — the same lifecycle applies to maintenance, deliveries, vendor access, and dock support.

1 — Submit

Tuesday evening, shore power keeps tripping at your pedestal. You open the portal, choose a utility request, attach a photo of the breaker, mark it time-sensitive, and note when you are aboard.

2 — Route

The request lands in the marina office queue already tied to your slip and vessel profile. No callback is needed to establish who you are or which pedestal it is.

3 — Schedule

The office assigns the dock crew and sets a morning window. Your board shows the request as Scheduled, with the window visible instead of a “someone will come by” promise.

4 — Complete

The crew replaces the breaker and closes the request with a completion note and photo. Status flips to Complete without you calling to confirm it happened.

5 — On record

The request, photos, and fix stay in your history. If the same pedestal acts up again, the prior record is one tap away — for you and for the office.

Service questions

What tenants ask about services.

Straight answers about submitting, tracking, and closing out service requests.

What kinds of requests can I submit?

Maintenance, utility support, vendor and visitor access, deliveries and parking, vessel profile updates, and general dock support — each with notes, photos, and your availability attached.

What should a good request include?

Location, a short description, urgency, a photo if it helps, and when you are available. The more context at submission, the less back-and-forth afterward.

How do I know my request was received?

It appears on your board immediately, then moves through received, scheduled, in progress, and complete as the marina works it — no confirmation call required.

Can an outside vendor do the work instead of marina staff?

Yes, where your marina allows it. You request vendor access with the company, date, and arrival window, and the marina coordinates the approval and gate access.

What about urgent or safety issues?

Follow your marina’s emergency procedures first — the portal coordinates service; it is not an emergency channel. Time-sensitive requests can still be flagged so the office sees them quickly.

Do completed requests disappear?

No. Completed work stays in your request history with its notes and photos — useful for recurring issues, handoffs, and proof of service.

Get started

Ready to stop chasing requests by phone?

If your marina runs MERIDIAN, ask them to invite you — tenant workspaces are private, permissioned, and invitation-based. Otherwise, reach out and we will point you to the right operating team.
